Easy Fried Pickles
Crunchy pickle topped with a zesty coating and then deep fried.

Instructions
  1. Drain pickles and dry slightly with a paper towel. This will help the coating stick better.
  2. Combine the panko, breadcrumbs, and ranch seasoning in a bowl.
  3. In a second bowl beat the eggs with a tsp. of milk or water.
  4. Place the flour in a third bowl and season with a pinch of salt and pepper.
  5. Heat your oil over medium heat.
  6. Coat entire pickle in flour. Then, dip into the egg. Place in the panko mixture making sure the egg is covered with it.
  7. Place in hot oil and brown both sides. About 3 minutes. Set on a paper towel in between batches for the access oil to be absorbed.
Recipe Notes

Be sure not to overcrowd the pickles in the oil. Place just enough in the oil so they are not overlapping.
