Philly Cheese Beef Dip with Au Jus
Seasoned Italian beef sandwich smothered in sautéed vegetables and melted Swiss cheese. An easy meal for a quick lunch or dinner.

  1. Pre-heat oven to 400F
  2. Pour the tub of seasoned beef in a large pot and heat on medium-low.
  3. In a large skillet heat olive oil and saute peppers and onions, stirring occasionally. Cover with a lid to keep the moisture in.
  4. In a small sauce pan melt butter and add garlic. Let boil for 1 minute then remove from heat
  5. Using a basting brush, spread melted butter and the garlic pieces over the inside of the bun.
  6. Toast in the oven for 5 minutes, or until golden.
  7. Remove from the oven. Place meat, veggies and cheese on the bun. Put back in the oven for 3 minutes, or until the cheese has melted.
  8. Spoon out the remaining juice from the beef and pour in a bowl. Dip your sandwich and enjoy!
