Golden, crispy fried mushrooms, stuffed to the brim with cheese, bacon and chives.

Instructions
  1. Clean and remove the stems from the mushrooms.
  2. Mix together the cream cheese, jalapenos, bacon bits, shredded cheese and green onions.
  3. Take a small spoonful of the mixture and stuff the inside of all the mushrooms carefully.
  4. Roll in the flour, dip into the egg, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture. Place in the refrigerator while waiting for the oil to heat.
  5. Once the oil is hot enough, drop in mushrooms 4 at a time. Stir them occasionally and remove once they are golden.
